Beth Scheel

Paralegal

Beth is a paralegal specializing in estate administration. She also assist with estate planning as well as guardianships and conservatorships.  Beth joined The Law Shop team in 2025 after working for 26 years at David L. Jungmann, PC, in Greenfield, Iowa, where she acquired extensive experience in probate, real estate, and tax.  Beth works remotely for The Law Shop, which makes her dog Sadie very happy and even more attached to her favorite person.

Beth earned her bachelor’s degree in Accounting with a minor in Music from Central College and Buena Vista University. Her favorite part of school was taking pipe organ lessons in the Central chapel.

Beth resides with her husband Jeff in rural Adair County, close to her childhood home. They have two daughters who are pursuing successful careers, one as a graphic designer and the other as a parks & recreation professional.

Beth’s activities outside of work include playing organ for church, making quilts, and planning trips to Disney World.
