Tiffany Manning

Chaos Coordinator

Serving as the Chaos Coordinator at The Law Shop Iowa, where I help keep the fast-paced day-to-day operations of the firm running smoothly. Known for my energy, organization, and ability to handle just about anything thrown my way, I am the steady force behind the scenes supporting both the team and clients alike.

With a professional background in accounting, I bring strong organizational and operational experience to my role at the firm. My strengths in communication, multitasking, and relationship-building allow me to thrive in environments where no two days are the same. I am passionate about creating positive client experiences, helping people feel welcomed and cared for during difficult seasons of life, and bringing order to even the most complicated situations.

Outside of work, I am deeply involved in my community and especially enjoy volunteering in activities connected to my three boys. I currently serve on the Dowling Foundation Board as Audit Chair and on the St. Thomas Moore Catholic Youth Camp Board as Treasurer. I also serve as Past President of the Des Moines Legatus Chapter.

As a lifelong supporter of youth activities and athletics, I enjoy coaching middle school track and field and staying actively involved in my boys’ sports and activities. Growing up with strong roots in livestock and agriculture, I still carry a deep appreciation for the agriculture industry and rural values.

When I find free time, I enjoy spending time on the water at Lake Panorama, where my husband, Rob, and I share a passion for the lake community. Rob is currently developing Louie’s at the Lake along with a 16-condo lakefront project, making the area an exciting part of both our personal and professional lives. We also enjoy skiing in the Colorado mountains and making memories with family and friends. My positivity, dedication, and heart for serving others make me an essential part of The Law Shop team.

“I have known Amy J. Skogerson for many years. Over my many years of being in practice, I have found that lawyers who are successful are those who have earned the respect of their colleagues. Amy has achieved that lofty goal. She has earned the respect of her colleagues.”  - Patrick L. Wilson, Attorney, Des Moines, Iowa
I was very nervous and in foreign territory when looking for a divorce lawyer, but when I stepped into The Law Shop and met with Andrea, I felt immediately at ease. I didn't need to spend thousands of dollars for my divorce, they offered a documents only/flat rate option which is all I needed. Andrea took great care of me throughout the whole process and I felt like a priority. In the end, what I thought was going to be a nightmare, was a great experience. I would recommend The Law Shop to anyone going through a divorce. - Allie
"Our daughter was in foster care for 725 days. Foster Care is emotional and filled with uncertainty. So when we were approved to adopt, Amy understood how important moving quickly was for us. Amy and her staff were so professional, understanding, and efficient. Our adoption went as quickly as possible. Amy and The Law Shop helped us complete our family with the sweetest, cutest little girl and we are so grateful! We HIGHLY recommend Amy and her staff. They will treat you like family! Thank you!" – Holli
“Amy’s approach to family law is to have a smile on her face and assure you that everything will be ok, because it will be. This is not a fight, but peaceful interaction between the parties to come to a conclusion that works for everyone. I never would have thought that mediation would work, and I was so wrong. My relationship with our kids is not one of weekly visitations, rather a co-parenting agreement that works for the best interest of our children.”  ~Jim
